Welcome to Trojan Logistics. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Trojan Logistics" refers to the company providing transportation and logistics services between Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.

1.2 "Customer" refers to any individual or entity engaging Trojan Logistics for services.

1.3 "Services" refers to the transportation, storage, and related logistics activities provided by Trojan Logistics.

1.4 "Goods" refers to the items transported or handled by Trojan Logistics on behalf of the Customer.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By using our Services, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services.

2.2 Trojan Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 The Customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the Goods, including:

  • Nature of the Goods

  • Weight and dimensions

  • Special handling requirements

3.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Goods are properly packaged and labeled.

3.3 The Customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the transportation of their Goods.

3.4 The Customer agrees to pay all fees and charges associated with the Services provided by Trojan Logistics in a timely manner.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 Trojan Logistics is not liable for:

  • Damage to Goods caused by improper packaging or labeling

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances

  • Loss or damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of terrorism

4.2 Trojan Logistics’ liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited to the lesser of the declared value of the Goods or maximum $100,000.

4.3 Trojan Logistics is not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

5. Prohibited Goods

5.1 Trojan Logistics will not transport:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Illegal substances

  • Perishable items (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Items prohibited by law

5.2 If prohibited items are found within the Goods, Trojan Logistics reserves the right to refuse or terminate the Service immediately.

6. Insurance

6.1 Customers are encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for their Goods. Trojan Logistics does not provide insurance unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 All invoices are payable within 30 Days Net of issuance unless otherwise agreed.

7.2 Late payments may incur interest at a rate of up to 5% per month.

7.3 Trojan Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Trojan Logistics will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Customer’s information.

8.2 Customers agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information of Trojan Logistics without prior written consent.

9. Termination

9.1 When a booking service is confirmed, either party may terminate the Service (s) with written notice of [3 Days].

9.2 Trojan Logistics reserves the right to terminate Services immediately if the Customer breaches these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
